How To Apply

Applying for a study visa, work visa, travel document for permanent residents or visitor visa (temporary resident visa).

Note: 11 December 2013, when any Pakistani citizens applying for a study permit or work permit and visitor visa, who’s the ages of between 14 and 79 must give their biometrics such as fingerprints and photograph. This new requirement affects citizens of 29 countries and 1 territory. Find out if you need to give your biometrics.

If you need to provide your biometrics, the CVAC will collect your biometrics records at the same time when you submit your application. One thing remembers do not submit your application by mail.

Step 1:

Read carefully complete information on the visa requirements on the IRCC website, download the suitable application forms and checklist relevant program or course to the purpose of your visit.

Step 2:

Fill out the very carefully application form and other relevant documents. For a good result, it is going to print on white paper, bond-quality paper and on non-glossy paper. Use of a laser printer is recommended.

Important Note: Please look at your printed form to confirm that barcodes become visible on the last page (page 5 of 5). Insert the barcode sheet on the top of all forms. The barcodes should visible clear and be free of any kind of issues smudges or fade otherwise the application process it may slow down.

Step 3:

Compulsory requirement: Fill out the VFS acceptance Form.pdf and attach it with their application form, applicants are advised to must be read the attached privacy policy.

Note: Read and view very carefully because if a completed and signed VFS consent form in not included with the application, we will not be able to help you, and will be obligated to return the application to you.

Step 4:

Must require is to Pay visa fees as per instructions in the IRCC fee schedule, and also pay the VFS service fee.

Step 5:

You must visit your local Canada Visa Application Centre (CVAC), make sure you bring your passport, photographs and all supporting or mandatory documents as per checklist and IRCC fee instrument. Applicable service charges will be imposed.

Important Note: If you require giving your biometrics, the Canada Visa Application Centre (CVAC) will collect your biometrics at the time when you submit your application form. DO NOT send your application to the CVAC via Mail.

Step 6:

When applying at Canada Visa Application Centre (CVAC), you’ll be paying the service charges, submit a complete application form and get a receipt. This receipt contains a special tracking number which is important as it is needs to track the progress of your application online.

Important Note: If you require to providing biometrics then your $85 CAD biometric fee covers the Canada Visa Application Centre (CVAC) service charge for application handling.

If you are incomplete to provide all the supporting documents as mentioned in the official IRCC website checklist, you are must be required to fill out and sign the waiver form and attach it with your application form.

Failure to gather a completed and signed waiver form may result in extra delays of your application for a visa, permit or travel document.
